The Terraplant is a 3rd-party unit created by TA-SECT as part of the Tortoise Pack. It is a level 1 factory capable of building level 1 Tortoise units, ranging from the Construction Tortoise to the powerful Outback sniper Tortoise. While it has no direct ARM counterpart, the Spider Plant can be considered to be one.
